I would love to see a :

Cardio and Weights II and III -- cross trainers so each workout is 1 hour total, and using the 2 together will hit all the muscles in the 2 days, without overworking the main muscles. Maybe one day has higher intensity cardio/intervals, and the other day has lower intensity cardio.

A floorwork/stretching tape for those in between days
