My Dream

Love the stylized step idea as a sequel to rhythmic step! I would love to see it have some new steps and challenging choreography.

I also love the push pull idea, and would love it to be all on one tape, around 70 minutes with a KILLER ab/back section including planks and a stablility ball. I would also love for the legs/butt section to be split into standing, and INTENSE floor work. maybe using the stability ball for some of the floor work!?!

A tough circuit workout with hi/lo, kickboxing, and step, with tough compound weight exercises to make us sweat like never before!

A complete hi/lo workout, or maybe half hi/lo and half kickbox:)
