1. Hi/Lo-45 minutes or longer in length

2. Stylized Step-Loved Rythmic Step

3. Something along the lines of BodyMax's leg circuit section(but longer).

4. Kickbox (floor)-45 minutes or longer in length.

I know a lot of people want more weight work, but I already feel overwhelmed with all of those choices. The Intensity Series really focused on weights and I would like the next round to focus on Cardio so we can throw them into a rotation with the strength from IS.:D
