Linking DVD's to specific workout types(explosive contractions)

Hi,
I love the articles I get every week from you and find them extremely interesting and helpful. However I was wondering if you could provide, with the articles that deal with workout goals/styles/methods, a list of the DVD's that you have made which specifically target that issue. For instance in one article you mention explosive contractions vs. slow contractions. I'm not clear which of your strength DVD's focus on explosive contractions. I gather that explosive contraction training is not the same as endurance training, where the reps do go faster. The added guidance would help me. Thank you
