Hi all!
I'm a huge fan of the High Step Challenge and High Step Training...
I know that Cathe and crew always use 5 risers when they do theirs. And when I do them with 5, it gets my heartrate going REALLY well, but I don't feel much in my legs.
If I use 4 risers, I feel it much more in my legs, but of course, I'm not as winded. I think I'm able to maintain better form for leg work with a smaller amount.
So the question is, which is better? I always lean towards 4 risers where I can feel the leg work more, but am I shorting myself by not getting as cardio?
Just looking for opinions...
TIA!
