kickbox step please!

This has probably been requested/suggested, but I would love an intense kickbox step workout. Ideally, this would be about a half hour of kickbox on the floor and a half hour of kickbox on the step, so we could mix and match on the DVD to create a few different combos.

Personally, I would also appreciate this routine to not take up too much space! for example, cardio kicks is a real space-hog, whereas CTX kickbox can be done with minimal furniture displacement!

I am almost 40, and I appreciate intensity that comes from kicking, punching, and other lower impact moves, with some impact mixed in, at this point in my life!

YES, I would use this workout once a week for the rest of my life! It would be wonderful if it was a full 60 minutes too! But I'll take anything.
