I voted for "Boot Camp." It's the only workout where I've actually shouted out loud and pointed at my telly and said "What?! You want me to do that? After doing this?!" It's only do-able for me when I do it as part of the Gauntlet. Well, okay Gauntlet is probably the tougher but it just feels more d-able and so I get all the way through to the end. The one thing I must say about Boot Camp and the Gauntlet is they both make me feel absolutely great when I'm done. I feel so energised and postitive for hours afterward.
