intro vid - long stretch/Cathe kickbox

I very much like your Stylized Step and the Push/Pull workouts. May I suggest that you
include a long stretch section in the Intro to Cathe workout that could be used to
maintain/increase flexibility. - like 20 minutes long or so. I would like to see a second
Kickbox video for the fourth workout. Some of the moves for intro to cathe**rock
horse shoot over the board**over face-in over**Rhythmic L (of course)** Heel - toe
hop turn over the board & jack**step hop repeater**box lunge**step skip across the
board**pendulum**cha-cha across the board**pump repeater**and much much
more!!!I'm in heaven thinking we are getting new workouts so soon. Thank you
