ICE Boot Camp Circuit

Today was total body day and I did ICE Boot Camp Circuit and the Blizzard Blast this morning and forgot what a great workout it is. There are some pretty tough moves in this workout. The best part of all is I was able to do it without modifications and using both 2 and 3 risers. I'm not sure if the knee brace is really making that big of a difference or if my knee is better, but I'm not going to stop using it. The best music in this workout is right near the end and starts a little before or during those front lunges where you put your hands behind your head and rotate to each side. The same song is in the chest muscle meltdown. I don't know why, but I love that particular song. There's just something it about it.
