I just did 40/20 today - it's been a while since I've done that one and I had forgotten - that work-out is NO JOKE! By the end I was completely spent. So short, yet sooooo intense. That is one tough work-out!! :D

And I also wanted to add, in STS Total Body - Cathe makes me laugh every time I do it when it comes to the 2nd set of lateral raises - when she goes to pick up her weights and says "does anyone have any 1 pounders"....it gets me every time because that's exactly how I feel. I love that she is feeling her workouts too. :D
 
40/20 is my Mt.Everest. After doing it for 1+ yrs, it got easier but never easy. I'm at the point now where I can do everything Cathe does except for those butt kicks! Her speed on them is tremendous! I still can't go as fast despite my best efforts, but I've made peace with that :D.

I can't wait until I can do high impact again!!!!! Nursing my boo-boo foot (plantar fasciitis) hurts my feelings :(.....
I love 40/20, and DWP, and STS Plyo Legs, and TTM, etc, etc, etc....
I especially love how Cathe and Crew are dying right along with us ;)!
