Hardcore Extreme Interval Circuit Download

Hello
Does any one have this download? I am very interested in adding it. Currently I have used the "Hardcore Extreme High Low Intervals" which I love. But I would like feedback on what is in "Hardcore Extreme Intervals"? It is on my list of next downloads. Thanks for your input.

I found it!!! It's on the Shop Cathe page. It has the breakdown of the WO. It consists of Imax 3 & High Step Challenge segments. Both which I use, so will definitely download this one.
