I did knockout rockout twice and found that I disliked it because each time my shoulder bothered me, which has never happened before in a boxing w/o. So today I decided to go back to my favorite, MMA boxing. I gave it my all and had a great w/o but realized I wanted the cardio portion of knockout rockout. I did timesaver 1 which was the warm up, the kickbox cardio and the cardio with gloves. I then did the heavy bag from MMA boxing, what a great w/o it turned out to be and no shoulder pain!! I also burned an incredible amount of calories! I really liked doing the punching drills before the cardio because I could give it my all as i wasn't tired from the cardio. If you like both w/o give this a try, it was a lot of fun and gave me the best of both w/o, IMHO.
