Go Wear Fit

I have purchased the GoWear Fit, and I really like it. Does anyone know if you can wear this around your ankle or does it need to be worn around your arm? I appreciate anyone's input. Have a good day!!

It has to be worn around your left arm exactly in the position they tell you, with no deviation.
