GETTING IT DONE - WEEK OF JUNE 5

Good morning all!

2 mile run done! I ran the whole way and am feeling so good about it! Then took a cool down lap with DH and the dog. I'd also like to get in a circuit wo later, but we'll see if I can fit it in between the cleaning, laundry yard work and grocery shopping.

That's my goal for the week - some daily cardio with circuit work to maintain the muscles STS started giving me. Lot's of sporadic travel for work throughout the month, which will provide the challenge to keep on track, but I'm determined to get there. And I finally ordered the Cathe's new series, which should arrive just about the time the 1/2 marathon is over and I'm tapering down the running. So excited!
