Can you believe it's October already? Time is just flying by.
I started us off 'cause it looked like we were still on the old thread.
No wo this morning. Was feeling it in my hip, meaning I aggravated my IT band. And since I was starting PT today, no need to aggravate more. He worked on the leg, loosened up the ITB, and now the hip feels a bit wobbly. Only stretching for a few days, then we'll slowly get back to strength training - which is what I really need to do to get rid of the imbalance - left leg is weaker than the right - guess I wasn't doing to one side what I did to the other. I expect that I can do upper body and core, so I'll be sticking to that plus dog walks.
Belinda - Your DH is being wonderful - appreciate the pampering! I know you are going stir crazy, too. How long 'til you seethe specialist?
Heidi - How exciting that you got to try the new wo's! I didn't order because I wasn't using the ones I already had, though now I'll be a bit jealous.
Time to go stretch some more - Stretch Max #3 with the band sounds good - then early to bed so I can upper body it tomorrow. Have a good one.
