Hi Fitnessfreak! I'm into my first week of doing your one body part rotation & LOVING it!! Questions I have though are: you say to do GS triceps w/HSC. Are you doing the entire HSC or just the cardio portions? Are you omitting the tricep portion of HSC? And if its just cardio your doing, how does one program the DVD player? The premixes are for circuits.
