Attention Cathe Live subscribers, Thursday February 22, 2024 at 9:30am EST we’ll be doing “Glute Glute Hooray” Live! Get ready for a glute intensive lower body workout that hits the glutes and thighs from all angles.
Equipment Needed:
A barbell with loaded weights for squats and deadlifts (to start, have your barbell set for high rep squats)
Moderate weighted dumbbells (we’ll be using roughly 10’s, 12’s & 15 pound sets)
A medium tension firewalker loop
Have approx 1 to 2 inch non slip heel lift for squats and deadlifts (optional).
