Equipment in Low Impact Series?

Hi!

Is there a list somewhere of all the equipment required for the new series?

Other than disks, firewalker loops, and tubing, is there anything else I need? I want to get what I need now, so I can get to work when the DVDs arrive.

Equipment needed for the Low Impact Series

When you click on each DVD in Shop.Cathe.com you will see an equipment tab for each DVD selection. Just click on the tab and you will see the equipment needed for that workout.
