Hi ladies,

Today I stayed home and did one of my own called Aerobic and Kickbox Circuit which was 56 minutes. Had a glitch in the middle but it I finally got the CD to play passed the glitch so yay one for me and technology!

So I sweated.

Hope everyone gets a great workout in.
