Hi ladies,

Today was an 82 minute gym circuit, upper body weights using machines, cables and dumbbells, sled for cardio and weights up to 11 plates, then finished with lower body machines and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.

Wow! that was a monster workout and you got it done!

Great job on today's gym circuit workout using all the fun gym toys, weights, cables, machines, and sled for fun & cardio. Then finished
with floorwork, abs, legs and glutes and of course a nice stretch afterwards.

Tae Bo Amped- Fat Burn Accelerator = 52 Min - No Amped Bars
