Hi Siobhan,

Today I came to the gym and did 37 minutes on the elliptical and 40 minutes of weight work for mostly back and shoulders using machines and dumbbells. Smattering of biceps and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Talked to my friend Judy in-between the cardio and the weights.

Today I did a Cathe Live for Lower Body and Core. It was tough. Wow. I stopped a lot! See you tomorrow!
