Hi ladies, and Happy Thanksgiving to Siobhan!!

Today I came to the gym and did an 85 minute workout for legs and shoulders plus floorwork for abs, glutes and legs and the sled for some weighted cardio.

Nice overall workout.

Hope you get a good one in.

Tomorrow is a wash because of a funeral, so no workout is planned.
