Hi Siobhan,

Glad you got some weights on yesterday. Enjoy walking more today.

Well, I am finally losing some weight so I really don't want to mess it up. So I stayed home and did a 70 minute weight workout here. All dumbbells from 5's to 20's, including 5 different shoulder exercises ( shoulder press 1 arm at a time, front raise, arnold press, side laterals abd upright rows), chest flyes and presses, lying overhead extensions for back, lying 1 arm extensions for triceps, biceps curls, and hammer curls and biceps popping for both hammer and regular, back row with a twist, floorwork for legs, abs and glutes.

Nice stretch at the end. Whew!!

See you tomorrow. Drive safely home tomorrow.
 
Oh and I forgot tricep kickbacks and pelvic lifts or thrusts with 20 pounds on my stomach while lifting.
