CatheLive- Weight Plate Abs- 25 min.
CrossRope App- Tee it Up Tabatas- 8 min.

That's it. have a dr appt this AM so I cut it short today.......sorry you weren't able to get
in your workout yesterday Nora....Maybe today, huh? :)

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a Cathe Live for Upper Body. It was 45 minutes. I did 5 minutes of hoco but stopped as I just want to move on with my day (poor sleep again last night ugh).

Linda - nice workout you got in this morning. I'm so glad you are feeling up for exercise
Nora - I don't like unexpected rest days either (I almost took one this morning due to less sleep)
Annette - yikesarama about the sunburn

Hi ladies,

Today I stayed home because I have a hair appointment this afternoon. So I did Cathe's MMA kickboxing cardio only(36 minutes) , then 15 min. of my own floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.

Sunburn is better.

Nice workouts ladies.
