Hi Siobhan,

Today I came to the gym and did 60 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes of weight work for chest, triceps, biceps, and back plus floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Hubby came home early from work even before I was dressed. He already had his 80 hours in for the 2 weeks so he left early.

Hope you get a workout in!!

I can't believe I didn't check in yesterday. Weird. Yesterday I did 40 minutes of Cathe's recent live - I think.
