Daily Check in Friday, April 5th, 2024

Good Morning Everyone,

Day 7 of working out so tomorrow will likely be a rest day. I was sore from yesterday's chest and triceps work so I started with two Boho Beautiful 15 minute pilates workouts - one for upper body, the other for core. I added on about 15 minutes of 2.0 single body part - biceps. I will do my own stretch.

Nice Workout this AM Siobhan……I am thinking about going back to “weekends off”
so I probably won’t do workouts this weekend….

Today’s workouts:

Blender - “Sweaty STS Total Body” - 23 min.
IFit - Self-Love Rowing Circuit workout- 20 min.

Hi ladies,

Today I stayed home and did a CDORNER latest Kickboxing from yesterday that was roughly 41 minutes long, I had on my wrist weights for half of it. Then I did 15 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a short stretch. So I am finished for today.

Nice workouts, I am feeling a rest day coming too like you Siobhan.

YT- Boho Beautiful Pilates- (2) 1- is Upper body and 2, is for core- 15 Min each combined total = 30 Min
STS 2.0- Single Body Part - Biceps = 15 Min
Plus added your own stretch.
