YT-Coach Ali- Shoulders Weight Plate workout- 19 min.
Blender- "New Triceps Muscle Meltdown" - 20 min.
IFit- "Cairns Botanical Gardens Treadmill Walk, Australia" - 23 min.

Today I did a mix of Xtrain bi's and tri's for 48 minutes and added on 10 minutes of Boho B. Pilates.

Nora and Annette - yeah you both got in your workouts yesterday. It's not always easy to fit it in!

Hi ladies,

Well, I had a plan for this week and I stuck to it and finished today with my own MIIT workout 2 which was 62 minutes. It was a killer but I love the music so that helped.

I have done some type of weights every day this week. Whoohoo for me. This week could have done me in but I made it.
