CTX 2 day split mish-mosh

I really liked this 2 day split I just finished today, so I'll share it with y'all.

Yesterday I did the upper body split, then the abs from Leaner Legs and Kickbox. I skipped the dead-lifts in the back workout though.

Because....

Today I did the step only premix of Low Max as a warmup, skipping the cooldown, then I did Leaner Legs, skipping the abs. I did the cooldown from LL, and then the cooldown from LowMax. Because of the dead lifts in LL, I didn't do any yesterday.

I feel really worked out.
