Compare Flex train with Super Cuts

I have only done Flex Train. I liked it a lot and love total body conditioning. But it never gives me DOMs nor a high calorie burn. I don't expect a high calorie burn from strength workouts, but some do provide that (like Afterburn, for example) and I consider this icing in the cake. Is super cuts more intense than flex train? Doms? Huffing puffing movies that result in a higher calorie burn?
 
I find flex train to be harder than super cuts. By the end you feel like you worked hard. I feel the same way as you do about super cuts. I treat it more like a lighter day. Flex train seems to start off easy but it builds. Triceps are tough. It's comprehensive and I am generally pretty sweaty at the end. I have done it 5 times or so but not super recently. I do get dons when I do it.
 
I feel the same way. However, there is a premix on Supercuts that leaves me wiped out! (Maybe Supercuts Extreme...can't remember the name of it at the moment)
