Circuit training several days in a row?

If I keep the weights light can I do the FIRM classics or other circiut training workouts several days in a row? Or should I always allow the 48hrs in-between working certain muscle groups?
Can I put light AWT/Circut workouts inbetween Muscle Endurance or Heavy strength training workouts if the weights are kept light?

I think you can do that. Circuit training isn't meant to use the heaviest weights possible, those I'm sure some try to do this. If you are in fact keeping the weights lighter, I don't see why not. I certainly do circuit days after days doing ME and the like. You just don't want to do something like ME or GS working the same muscle groups back to back. You're body needs to recover from this or you will be hindering what you are trying to gain. Hope this helps some.
