I think I am going to try the weight lovers rotation. I like that it includes the STS 2.0, which I just haven't had a chance to really use them.

I think I'll use various premixes of each workout every week & add another Total Body and/or UB from STS2 & a recovery day from STS2 & P30! (Until I start to get bored ...)
