Cathe on demand app not working iPhone or iPad

Since yesterday my cathe in demand app is not working on iPhone or iPad.

I can log in and use through browser on my phone but app just continues with the circle spinning forever since yesterday. So then I uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone and also updated software on my phone which has not helped. I’ve tried manually entering log in info multiple times. Always same result cicrcle just spins indefinitely. I’ve not made any changes to iPad but it does same thing.


Cathe live app is working.

This us happening to me too, on my iPhone 7. I updated iOS yesterday ‍

We're aware of this issue and a few others. It's probably related to a security update we did yesterday and this is affecting several of our apps. We're working on it right now.
