Cathe’s Christmas Poem (come on-you knew it was coming!)

Let’s talk about our Christmas plans.
Time’s flying by so fast.
We need to set aside some time
For Lower Body Blast.

We Cathletes are resourceful!
Take necessary steps.
Find an hour here or there
To throw in some High Reps.

The shopping overwhelms us.
The traffic is a mess.
We can recollect our thoughts
While doing STS!

I’m wrapping up the packages
I’m trimming up the tree
I’m hoping that my friends all like
Their Cathe DVDs! (haha)

Enjoy the Christmas season
Though Santa can’t compare
To the joy that Cathe brings
Each day of the year!
