Cardio mixes workout blender

Just downloaded the workout blender so I could create awesome cardio premixes for straight cardio (not even metabolic ) to use on my cardio days/non strength training days. I was just wondering what great all cardio mixes any of you have come up with!
 
One of my favorites is using a bunch of her Kickboxing workouts. Pulled the best cardio (no punching drills) from all that I had and created 70 minutes of fun kickboxing cardio. I also created a nice HIIT dvd by pulling my favorites from here and there. I absolutely love the workout blender!
