Boss Bands and Loops PHA

I love PHA and using resistance bands and loops. I do PHA 3x/week.

I’ve incorporated weighted bands and a Hip Halo into your existing PHA workouts (for deadlifts and mini-band reverse lunges). I use them in place of using the step which is hard on my arthritic knees. I also use them in conjunction with dumbbells for some exercises (squats and biceps).

Would you consider creating a LIVE PHA workout that exclusively uses bands and loops? No step or my knees start screaming at me. Sometimes my joints (especially my knees) need a break from dumbbells and bands and loops are a more joint-friendly option and I get that good resistance on both the eccentric and concentric portion of the exercise! Gotta love that!
