Bootcamp and Shin Splints

Hi Cathe,

I did Bootcamp for the first time on Monday....and got shin splints on my right leg only!

I did not even go "all out" on the workout itself and I don't know what I did wrong. Hmmmm, could it have been the summo thingies? or maybe the speed skaters? I did not even try the terminators yet....so here I am, recuperating...

What should I change when I try it again?

BTW, I have been running on my treadmill 4 miles at a time and have not gotten any shin splints....so I know my legs were "healthy" to begin with.
