I love the Pyramid system. Maybe another one similar but with the exercises done differently. I also would like to see a rebounder circuit workout. Maybe 2 to 3 min. of each. Although your step tapes look like fun, I cannot handle complex or high impact so maybe a aerobic tape using the 10-10-10 method from the CTX only 15-15-15.
