Does anyone have the scoop on these? I'm curious about Cardio Karate and Hip Hop Walk.

She posts about upcoming workouts on her FB page but has kept "mum" about these so far. Threats of a drop sets workout to come have been aired too! So, bottom line: still waiting for the big announcement.
