Wow, Cathe is not kidding, that she named this AfterBurn. My inner thighs are still screaming a couple of hours after doing the workout! It was hard geting through this one, but I somehow managed ;-) A nice bonus to this is that I haven't been able to touch the floor with my hands without bending my knees, and after this workout, for the first time in years, I was able to! So cool!
