A little sore everywhere

Hi all, just wondering what you all normally do when you want to get your workout in, but are kind of a little sore all over, like no totally fresh muscles to work. That's pretty much my situation today, so just pondering what would be the best type of workout that won't impede my recovery and yet still get a good sweat. Would love to hear your suggestions. [emoji4]

Totally agree with the Cathletes above. Kickboxing does ease the soreness and I'm a big fan of DOMS. I've done plyo hiiT & yoga workouts and that helps too however kickboxing is the overall winner for me.
