    Finished STS yesterday with disc 34! Also did a 3 mile Leslie Sansone walk and a 50 minute walk outside. Active recovery today with a couple of short YouTube walks, some gentle abs, and Jessica Smith gentle yoga stretch for stability and mobility

    Disc 35 today and the extended stretch, plus some YouTube stuff. Yay for my last Plyo legs disc! I feel like I hit a mental block this week so I made sure NOT to sit down after I finished work so I could get it done.

    Nicki you’re not alone!! I have a week left! I did disc 31 today and a 20 minute standing stretch. Yesterday I did KCM RAW box & tone and some abs. Monday was disc 32 and Sunday I did live kickboxing low impact hiit and abs. Also keeping up the daily indoor walks for extra steps.

    Tuesday was a light day with walking and abs. Wednesday I did disc 28, Thursday was live jabs & kicks, did disc 39 last night and disc 33 today! Plus my daily YouTube walks for more steps.

    Saturday I did disc 30 and some abs. Yesterday I did live kick box & bags and took a 40 minute walk outside. It was dreary but the fresh air was nice! Today was disc 29, step boss lying stretch, and a 1 mile YouTube walk at lunch. I’m still trying to decide what I want to do after STS!

    Wednesday I did disc 25, Thursday I did fit split low impact cardio & workout hotel abs with mini ball, and today was disc 38. I’m also doing a YouTube walk every morning and during my lunch break for those extra steps! I’d like to get outside but it’s cold and rainy here lately.
