    Hi ladies, Today was Hard Strikes cardio and stretch (ok I did just a tad of the shoulder move at the beginning because I couldn't find the pause button on the controller), ended up being around 36 min. Now I am going to lay in the sun!! Great workouts!

    Hi ladies, Today I stayed home and did one of my own called Aerobic and Kickbox Circuit which was 56 minutes. Had a glitch in the middle but it I finally got the CD to play passed the glitch so yay one for me and technology! So I sweated. Hope everyone gets a great workout in.
