So I ordered for the first time from Zappos.com a couple pair of boots for the fall/winter. I looked around all over this weekend for some I liked and couldn't find any so I figured I would try online. Found some very cute ones for a reasonable price and ordered them yesterday. I got them today and they are so cute and well made!!! Love them. I also ordered a pair of heels but they don't fit so I'm returning them. I can't believe they even give you free shipping to send them back. My only reservations about them is they tend to be kind of pricey -- do they ever offer any coupon codes or anything??

I've never seen any coupons for them, and I agree they can be pretty pricey. (If you find any, let me know!) But I love Zappos. I've never had any problems with returns, and the fast free shipping is amazing! I figure my time and gas for the car are probably worth the extra money, right?

They have a 110 % price match guarantee. I found a pair of boots that I liked, it was cheaper on another site. I called Zappos and they adjusted the price for me and I ended up buying cheaper than on any other site.

I've had great experiences with Zappos, and they make shopping for my daughter's size 11 shoes so much easier! I've never seen any coupons or special offers, but their shipping and returns are wonderful!

I love Zappos too! I ordered 3 pairs of shoes at 8:00pm on a Thursday night and had them on my doorstep the next day!!

I love zappos.com. They deliver so quickly and with free shipping to me and for returns I usually order from them. You are right, their prices are higher and I haven't been able to find any coupon codes .

I get most of my shoes from Zappos--they're so convenient & they make returns very easy.

I do buy at least one good pair of shoes at the end of each season--that way I can get the more expensive stuff on sale. But I don't recall ever getting a coupon or discount from them other than out of season sales.

Love Zappos, but I always compare their prices with Shoebuy.com (which has the same "no delivery or return charges" that Zappos does). And Shoebuy.com does have coupons.

Zappos prices are high (no discount): guess that's how they pay for the 'free' shipping!

There is also free shipping and returns at www.shoes.com (and www.buyshoes.com as well--it's a newer one). Shoes.com has a 'lowest price' guarantee, but their prices are usually just 5 cents or so below Zappo's prices.

So far, I haven't found a shoe offered at Zappos for less money anywhere else, including my local shoe stores. And I always compare prices before buying. In my experience, it's not so much that they're pricey, but rather that they only carry the quality brands, which cost more. Just my experience with them so far.

I like zappos.com, shoebuy.com, and piperlime.com. You can often get discounts for shoebuy and piperlime (piperlime is a Gap company). I have a free membership to shoebuy and get 10% off I think. I always compare each site once I find a shoe I like.
