Your weekend's workouts

I'm looking forward to the weekend workouts.

Saturday: Johnny G Spin and Slim -- 30 min spinning followed by
Navy Seal Training: Strenght 50 min

Sunday: My new Spinervals for the first time "Mental Toughness" -- 90 min spinning followed by Navy Seal Training: Isometrics -- if I'm still alive after the new Spinervals. :) Then I will be glued to the couch... my favorite kind of Sunday.
