My TOM feels like I am in labor and I can't do much of anything. My back is killing me, by belly is so swollen the only thing I can wear is sweat pants. I usually only miss a day or 2 of working out, and most times weight training is ok. Cardio does relieve the cramping a bit, but I'm so tired and bi@#$y I just lay on my bed covered with the heating pad.
