Yoga or pilates on successive days

Hi everyone! I've replaced my weight training with yoga and pilates and I'm thrilled with the results! I've been doing 3-4 days a week but would like to increase to 5. So now I'm wondering whether it's ok to do either yoga or pilates a few days in a row.

I'm no expert but I would think if you weren't sore the next day it would be fine to go ahead and do it.

What results were you looking for and what results have you seen?

I'm a dancer, so I'm looking to strengthen my core for my dancing, improve my flexibility, and create long, lean muscles. I had been weight training for a few years, and I know women can't bulk but I still felt like my body wasn't the right shape for dancing. Pilates and Yoga also help to increase my mental focus and concentration as well as clearing my head and helping me keep some sanity in my busy life!
