I was having a day that I just didn't feel like working out. So, I decided to do an oldie but goodie. I thought this was going to be an easy workout. I have had this video since it came out many years ago. and I haven't done my old firms in several years. A day later my upper back is killing me! The only think I can think of is that I did the lat pullups/downs (I'm not sure if this is the correct terminology) with my barbell. I used a 35lb barbell. I just realized that I never see this move in any of Cathe's videos, is this a obsolete exercise? Just curious, or maybe I should add it to my workouts. I don't remember this being a problem when I strictly did the Firm tapes years ago. Help!
