Good Monday Morning Xers!

########################### W O R K O U T N E W S #################

I chose Bryan Kest Power Yoga (40 min) to do last night….My triceps, legs & upper back are so dang sore this morning! It had been a long time since I did this one and forgot how challenging the long holds were for me.

Todays lineup looks like this:

GS Tricep & Shoulders
Kick: Cardio Camp – Kimberly Spreen
Yoga: ? in PM

I haven’t even cracked the cover on Cardio Camp it’s suppose to be a mix of HiLo, Bootcamp & Kick + Butt/Leg Drills – I will modify the HiLo to low impact I think. I might even see if theres a premix without it- I’ll just play that by ear.
###################################################################

Cheryl~ What a great weekend you & Nadia had! I bet you treasure those mother-daughter times. She is growing up quickly… Hope things have settled with her and the visiting summer children. We will be each others support system as we focus on cleaner eating this month ok? You know my body has always seemed to follow whatever YOU do so PLEEZE drop 6% BF soon OK?????

SandraX~
Great accomplishment finishing MIC! It’s a great quality you have to do it when you’d rather not when the most obvious option is SUB it! LOL WooHoo On the 5 #s!!!!!!! MY GOSH that’s exciting news!!! Do you really think it’s the actual rotation r the eating? The reason I ask is that you ALWAYS work out hard with Cathe so what was the difference do you think? Were you doing her June rotation? LOL on MIS long & boring… Actually that’s EXACTLY why I never do full body tapes as produced…. I need a change of scenery, pace, music etc…. Hope you got some of your To Do List accomplished over the weekend! Who’s taste testing those beautiful cakes? I LOL with DD2 screaming with DH… GOOD GIRL! This way he’ll remember that being a SAHM isn’t all parties & bon-bons!

Hope everyone else is home safe & sound from busy weekends!

Lightening storm hitting so I need to shut down computer for a bit……. GO AWAY RAIN

First of all I have to say that I cannot believe I am the second one posting after Traci....and second of all...thanks to everyone for all of the glowing compliments you guys have sent my way. I am feeling lighter than ever!! Who needs the X when I have you guys?!? It is funny the mental pictures you get of people...So now I am wondering what you all thought I looked like! Still busily unpacking today....I will be glad when the painters are done so that I can kind of get on with things. DD met a couple of girls in the neighborhood last night, which is always a good thing!

Traci...I will be glad to get back to doing yoga and everything else for that matter...Is your first client meeting today? Good luck! I am sure you will do awesome! Good luck on the rain there...I wish we had more here, but I am certainly glad we aren't having the storms you guys are. Poor Sandy, I know she doesn't like the thunder.

Sandra...Just have to say way to go with the weight loss!!!!! Pretty soon you will look just like Angelina!

Okay...gotta run and let the pooch out. I got a phone call at 7am....which is why I am up this early...Don't these people know it is summer time and I am trying to sleep as late as possible?!?

Happy Monday Morning Ladies!

I kicked bootay yesterday! I don't know what got into me!!! I was thinking about the difference Phase 3 might have been if I had done it as written. So, I did Chest and Back, ARX, Kenpo, and X-Stretch.

I pretty much stayed at the same weights/reps as when I last did C&B. That made me feel better about my mistake of not following Phase 3 exactly. I don't have any C&B DOMS which is always a good thing. I figure it's a good indicator that I didn't miss much magic from my mistake.

I've come a long way since first starting ARX. Crunchy frog and Fifer Scissors are still tough for me. I think I need to work on balance with crunchy frog. And, I just HATE Fifer Scissor. I have to be in the right mind frame and on a more padded surface to tough that one out. Remember how I didn't put all my energy into Oblique V-Ups or I would sometimes skip that part because I already liked my obliques? Well, I did notice a loss in strength because of that plan. I could pump out those forever pre-X. Lesson learned for next round.

I've also discovered that Kenpo is harder with my ALL my clothes on. }( Wearing shoes are like wearing boxing gloves for the feet. From now on, I'll do kickboxing on my upstairs carpet/wood floors since I can still move easily while wearing shoes. I feel like I get a better workout with the added weight and support. Kenpo seemed to drag on forever because of my L&B DOMS. Had to put my game face on to get through it!

X-Stretch wasn't planned. I considered Yoga first. But, thought it might be a bit overkill to do. I wanted to stretch the DOMS in my inner thighs, hamstrings and side glutes. Later, Shelby walked on my legs and Phil gladly karate chopped my them too. :7

I'm with Swift Amy. Did any of y'all notice more DOMS with L&B and Kenpo during Phase 3? I don't know if it's due to less step or what. But, I used to knock out L&B without a bit of DOMS afterwards.

Today calls for Yoga. Do you think Magical Hips would be a good sub? Or should I do a different premix?

Gotta open another window for personals.

Ballistic Hugs to ALL!

Morning Xers,

Doubles: Ph3/Wk13/Day1/Rnd2
Workout: YogaX

Last week of the X!

It is the end of the quarter, so very busy at work today. I also have off 3 days this week, so I need to get everything done in the next two days so I don't have a mountain of work to do when I come back. :) Friday we had a great time with our friends, and the food was really good. Had some Key Lime Pie, but it was waaaaaay to tart. Saturday I was busy getting things ready for our dress rehearsal on Sunday. I did manage to get in a workout. I DVR'd an All Star Workout Kick Box Cardio with Tom Deters. It actually was pretty good, but he kept saying Ah! Ah! :D Sunday was our dress rehearsal, and it went very well. Of course we had a beautiful day.

Traci, I just saw you are doing cardio camp, the impact in that one is actually not that intense. I'm sure you will find that out. The leg protion of the workout is great.

Hope to get back shortly

Laurie

Traci-X: The workout line-up today looks awesome. Have you seen any postive changes since starting your current rotation? Poor Sandy! I never knew dogs got nervous when it stormed until we got Baby. I had dogs growing up, but I never noticed any anxiety from them. Pretty soon your buisness will be up and running! How does finding a facility work? Do gyms frown on personal trainers using their facility for private clients? Would you have to invest funds into a workout area?

Debra-X: I'm not sure how I pictured you. Older and with brown hair. Even though I saw your dancing meez with glasses, I figured you'd wear contact lenses. You remind me of my eldest dd, you both look smarter and prettier with glasses.:D And from your past eating confessions, I thought you might be thicker looking like me.:7

Since I don't have a picture of Tracy, Laurie and Teddygirl, here's my visual of them:

Tracy: Lean like gumby with well defined muscles! Short to medium length brown hair. Long face like my twins, but fuller, not sickly looking.

Laurie: Tall, long limbed, and lean with all her cardio. Large brown eyes, long hair and fair skin.

Teddygirl: High cheekbones, muscular build and skinny waist. She must be young looking to attract the younger men!

Just my pathetic attempt to get pictures of them posted!!!!:)

I've gotta replace the harp string, make dd practice, and get dressed. It's Musical Mondays here in our household!

BBL for more personals.
Ballistic HUGS to ALL!!!!!!

Happy Monday,
Today was Jari Love's Get Ripped workout. I had to modify the lunges a bit as I'm limping. After the Rhino ride yesterday afternoon, I helped DH unload the Rhino. The car trailer ramps are super heavy. Well, I dropped one on my left big toe. I screamed, cussed, yelled, cried. Of course enough for him to think I'd cut off a toe instead of smashed it. Boy was it sore!!! Today it's all black and blue and swollen. Smashed it right below the toenail.

Yesterday's bike ride was 59 miles long and had some easy riding and some hard anaerobic pushes in it too as there was a range of riding levels there. It all works out and we regroup frequently. Think there were 8 of us there and I was the only one that wasn't retired. Interesting, huh? When I attend an organized ride, the thing I notice is that most of the people are in their 40's on up. You don't see younger people. My theory is that long distance riding is time intensive and younger people with families just don't have the time to put in on the road.

Anointed (do you want me to call you that?), hope the hangover is better today. One of the guys we rode with yesterday was suffering from a tequila hangover, damn, he was still faster than everyone else. Any special plans for your vacation?

Wendy, you are not a bad mother at all, just not as traditional, but hey, tradition doesn't mean that something is right or not. I used to love having pancakes, eggs and beans for Friday night dinners when we were young. Back in the 60's when it was more accepted, that was the night that Dad would stop at the bar so Mom wouldn't make a "nice" dinner. We loved the breakfast items anyway. Phil tiled the kitchen? Heck, we are making this little hearth tiling thing a big deal. Shoot, Phil would have had that itty bitty thing done in a couple of hours and then moved on to repairing something else. DH is telling me that I'll be doing all the tiling. He's doing the prep work before the tiling. Can't you tell he's really into this? We do a lot of chatting during the group rides, when you're not sucking air of course! Yesterday had some pretty good riders and I tried to stay with them on the long hills, where I do okay for a while, then fall off the back of the paceline. The Rhino ride yesterday was very relaxing. We stopped at one shady spot in the woods with a little creek. I took out something to lay on, a magazine, Snapple tea and succeeded to fall asleep while he walked the area looking for firewood trees with the dogs. The air temp was so nice while riding the Rhino, just the right temp as the breeze hit my skin. Heavenly!!! I really think you will be ahead by getting even a used nicer mtn. bike (like a Trek, GT, Giant, Fuji, etc.) than getting a Walmart bike. They usually shift better and are lighter and easier to ride. However, I feel anything that gets a person out their enjoying themselves on the bike is good. Back in 1977, I did a 2,300 mile trip on a Schwinn Varsity (basically a college campus bike). The bike didn't fit (I couldn't even straddle the top tube), so very heavy and definitely not a touring bike. I didn't know any better so never wished I had anything else. And it worked just fine.

Nicole, bet you will have good results with whatever rotation you pick. I think so much of the success is the eating anyway, something I've slacked up on lately. I love the Body Blast workouts!

Sandra, way to go on the 5# weight drop!!! Which rotation are you doing? Was it the February one? I looked at the July one, it has short workout times for it. Think I will keep with the Jari Love's for a while. We'll be camping at the end of this week and gone for about 6 days so I'll probably be doing some walking instead of regular workouts. Re: the Tour, I'm so disgusted with the doping, but will of course watch the race anyway. My favorite will be Vino this year. I love his gutsiness.

Cheryl, I too need to get the eating under control again. My weakness is the potato chips that DH buys. I don't buy junk for the house, but he does. My weight is good, but the leanness is not looking so good and I know it's due to the eating. Must work on it, I'll be there
with you.

Traci, sorry about the storms in your area. I love to watch the lightning, but hate it because of the fires it produces around here. This week will be warmer and dry. There was a fire a few miles from my house while I was down at the wedding last week. It burned big sagebrush and came way down and around a lot of houses. They had big bombers on it and lots of crews. Without those firefighters, those houses would have been lost for sure. Give Sandy a hug for me too.

Debra, so glad your DD met some other girls. Soon you will be having those wild parties again. I just know it!

Got to run, or hobble to the shower. I'm walking on the side of my foot as the big toe doesn't want to bend.

Jeanette

Hi everyone,

I read all of the posts from the weekend. Lots of people around! I had a very nice time at the bike race. My workout for Saturday was hiking up and down the mountain a couple of times. It’s great glute work. That’s all I got done. I started to run Sunday morning, but then decided that without being able to have time for my yoga, it might be more detrimental than beneficial because it tightens me up so much.

Today is B&G extreme and some yoga.

Traci – MIS was one I was going to try to fit in soon. Short but sweet. How's Sandi, and are you on an arc yet?

Sandra – Cleaning, ugghh….. What rotation did you decide on? I have to agree that I think that Cathe knows what she is doing. That’s why I’m doing the leg routines as produced. My legs look good and I’m building up my endurance. I constructed leg workouts on my own before, but I’m not sure what I was thinking, that I actually knew more than a professional?

Nicole – I’d vote for something else after the X. You’ll probably need a break.

Wendy – I didn’t think, but naked Kenpo then takes the extra 10-12 or so ounces off of your feet maybe making it easier. Not sure, but I’d think that the benefit of having to stabilize the body without the shoes would far outweigh the benefit of the weight of the shoes.

Laurie – Congratulations on your last week of the X.

Debra – Glad things are going well and you are getting unpacked. So how many pairs of shoes do you have?????LOL.

Jeanette - Sounds like you have been productive. I hate those sad movies. I rarely watch them, especially when they involve animals.

I'll catch up with everyone else later.

Tracy

Good Morning!

Well, all he!! broke loose this morning and the ER decided that we needed 6 new patients...all within about 4 hours! Fortunately, I didn't have any admissions that I had to take, but I helped out with the busier patients. Man, they are SICK!!!!! Oh, my little man from the other night passes away. He'd actually turned out to have a MASSIVE heart attack AND stroke at the same time and his mom didn't want him to suffer any more. It was sad, but also done with great dignity as well.

I am so exhausted that I can barely keep my eyes open....in fact, I just zoned out in the middle to typing this!!

Traci- you are more than welcome to send the rain storms my way!!!

Hi, everyone!

Just getting ready for work but couldn't resist checking in.

Traci, yes, it's a deal, 6% bf DOWN. That would do me just about right! Let's do it.

Debra, we all knew you were beautiful, but now we have the confirmation to put the details to what we already knew!! It's great to get to know you better.

Wendy, nice workout planned for today -

Tracy, B&G extreme??? I'm impressed!

Laurie, nice workout - Can't make it through more than 30 minutes of YogaX without switching CDs.

Jeanette, good job on the RTTC

Amy, wow, sounds like work is a major stress-out today!!

I did Hardcore Extreme, 50 minutes - all but the final kick blast. Still feeling my bootay from yesterday's Muscle Max, hurray!

Have a great Monday, everyone!

Here's to clean eating for all of July. I've got to drop AT LEAST 6-8 pounds. There, I've publicly committed! }( }( :7

Cheryl

Hi,

Amy - Wow! I'm not sure how one gets used to people dying. I guess it is part of the job. I admire nurses who work in such demanding situations.

Cheryl - Dropping 6-8 lbs? Do you have a plan or did you already post it and I missed it? I rarely do MM legs, it never seems to be quite enough, but I'm going for 3x/legs so I may add that in as I'll be doing a little less each session.

Wendy - If I could get my son's digital camera I'd take a picture, but then I'd have to figure out how in the world to get it posted.

Tracy

I'm actually going to try to do a few personals today...the painters are here and taking up the entire family room and hall, so I can't do anything there...and I don't want to do my office/workout room until they paint in there...since I would just be moving my weights twice...although, that probably wouldn't be a bad thing..LOL! I should be able to finish the master bath today since I didn't get to it yesterday.

Now that I have caught you up with my boring life of unpacking boxes...on to other things!

Traci...I guess I got the impression you had a client from a post you had a day or 2 ago...Looks like things are moving along, though! Hope your storms have eased up a bit so that poor Sandy can get a nap in. My pooch doesn't pay any attention to the storms here. We have this neighborhood dog who has an owner (not in our neighborhood) who doesn't really take care of her, so everyone around here has just adopted her...although we called her the wrong name for a while...but she seems to answer to anything. Very sweet dog..a chocolate lab. She is napping in my garage right now.

Wendy....I have only had glasses for the past year or so, and I actually think they slim my face a bit, so I enjoy wearing them. I always had blond hair growing up, but then sometime in my thirties it changed to this dirty blond sort of color that lightens up a lot in the summer...but they didn't have dirty blond on the meez! And my dear skinny woman, I would kill to be "thicker looking" like you! I will say after your ankle comment, I went back and looked at the pics..and I guess I do have small ankles...or maybe it's just because my calves are so big. Cograts on almost completing the X!!!!!!

Jeanette...All I have to say is...OUCH!!!!!!! I know that must have hurt like heck! I admire you for working out at all today after your injury...I would have probably decided that I was due a rest. You are probably right about the long distance riders...I usually just don't have the time to spend a whole day doing anything that doesn't include my daughter in some shape or form. Speaking of DD she has a new friend over right now...Life is good!

Laurie...Glad you had a nice weekend...And that your dress rehearsal went well. I hope everything has smoothed out for DH and his running of the faire this year. How is volleyball?

Tracy...Glad you had fun at the bike race this weekend. It sounds like the hike was plenty of a workout. I am so impressed that you find time for yoga everyday...but I guess if you don't you'd look like a pretzel! You would be appalled to know how many shoes I have!! Probably around 100 or so. I think I have some sort of sickness.

Amy...You poor thing! Hope you get some good sleep. It sounds like you had a tough night.

Cheryl...Okay...You are committed to eating clean and losing the weight. I will be here to cheer you on...and maybe you can inspire me to eat better too!

Hi to Nicole and Sandra and Teddy!! I think I am caught up...at least for today...I'll bbl to check back in!

So I decided to repeat this rotation for July (Cathe's Feb '07). That means BodyMax2 was on deck for the day. Consider it done. It's not exactly what I would choose for the day after MIC, but I was feeling really good and I felt ready to go for it. I really enjoyed this rotation last month.

TraciX - I never thanked you for the very sweet, kind words your wrote me on Saturday. That was so lovely of you...brought tears to me eyes (so don't do it again!!! ;) ) I don't know for sure what the "magic" was for last month. Did ditching the soy do the trick? Or the increased intense cardio sessions? Or the lighter weight training? Or the added yoga and floorwork sessions? Or was it a combination of all of them? I strongly suspect the soy might have been a major culprit in keeping my middle inflated. I lost an inch off my waist, and I can notice it in my clothes. I haven't lost anything off my middle since DD#2 was born. I'm impressed with how much yoga you're doing these days!! Have you been converted? What are your favourites now? It sounds like you're making great progress with starting your business. I can't wait to see your webpage!!!

DebraX - To me you always looked like the Debbie I went to elementary school with. She was pretty, sporty, and very popular. The only way I'll look like Angelina is if I get my DNA rearranged. Are you seeing much of your parents, now that you're living closer to them?

JeanetteX - I let out a gasp of pain on your behalf. Your poor toe!!!!! Is it broken? Is your biking or stepping compromised? I think your theory is dead on. My DH, who turned 40 this year, doesn't ride nearly as much as he'd like, because of having young children, and still working long hours. If Vino's your man this year, then I'll cheer for him, too. With so many big names out of the contest, I have no idea who to care about. I'll tell DH who the new favourite is :) Frankly, the thing I'm most looking forward to is the prerace show with Phil, Paul, Bob (those hands!!) and, oh I can't remember his name at the moment. The Other Guy who always makes me chuckle. Then there's all the bizarre spectators you see on the side of the road, and the crashes, and the scenery....There's a bike race going on in the middle of all that, right?

Wendy - Maybe you're "feeling" LB and Kenpo more in Phase 3 because you're using better form and going deeper in the moves? I hated those oblique v-ups, but considered the Fifer scissors a nice little "break" in the middle of ARX. I don't know why, but I never found them very hard, and I know my form was good. Those Mason Twists always challenged me, though. I guess we all have our strengths and weaknesses. Do the Total Happiness Routine on Finn's second disk, as a sub for YogaX.

LaurieX - Hello! Is the bead work all done? One more week and your a XX! I'm envious!

TracyX - You're a "gluton" for punishment today, aren't you? All the mountain climbing, and now BG extreme. Woohoo. I got enough cleaning done that I feel relaxed again. The downstairs looks really good, and I no longer feel claustrophobic from the dirt on the walls and floors closing in on me. With grass on our front now, we shouldn't get as much dirt in the house when we open the windows, thank heavens. About the leg work...you were doing what you thought was best for your body. We're always being told that we know ourselves the best, and we need to decide what's right for us, and that's what you did.

Amy - It sounds like your nights have been both physically and emotionally exhausting. Have a good sleep and I hope you feel more refreshed later.

Cheryl - I'm cheering you on in your attempt to drop 6-8 pounds. Go Cheryl go!!!! HCE is a great place to start!

Today's a holiday here. DH is out on a long bike ride, using CC#1 for part of it. I'm curious about what he thinks of it.

Have a great day,
SandraX

Sandra...Glad you are feeling so good today...especially to do BM2...And I am happy that whatever magic you found last month worked for you...Whatever it was! I feel out of touch since I have been off the boards for a while...I am assuming that you are still eating vegan and, of course, have eliminated soy too. How hard is that for you to follow? I have a lot of respect for anyone who can eat that healthy! ( I write as I snack on a granola bar!) I have seen my mom almost everyday since we have moved...which has been really nice. My dad passed away almost 3 years ago and my mom has macular degeneration (she is slowly losing her eyesight) so I am glad to be here. Do you have any fun celebrations tonight for the holiday? DD and I are heading to visit some friends tomorrow night and the we are going to spend July 4th with them...so that should be nice.

Okay...just taking a box break....headed upstairs to tackle the guest bedroom now.

QUESTION:::::
Baron Batiste: Anyone have his stuff? Looking at some over at Collage…. I like his clips a lot- Style/Personality seems to be between a Bryan Kest & Eoin.

GS Triceps & Shoulders… Added some cable Tricep work as I wasn’t feeling REALLY worked… Kept shoulders to just GS as I was doing kick today too- I did use Pyramid method on the 3 sets of overhead press. I am still amazed at how far the strength in my shoulders has come in past year….
Cardio Camp: I just did the 34 minute Kick segment as I am doing yoga in PM tonight… I cant do marathon sessions of cardio or I eat waaay to many calories to curb the increased hunger- just counter productive for me. I REALLY like Kimberley Spreen… She has just a the best personality, cuing, pointers, and continually reminds you what muscles you are targeting… Way too fun! I would buy anything she put out.

Jeanette X ~~~~~~
YOU POOR THING! I felt a cringe when I read your post! Feet injuries are the WORST! Not like you can get away with barefoot and elevation all day long. Take care of that- those injuries take so long to heal. {{{{{{{{{{{netta’s tootsie!}}}}}}}} What a wonderful weekend (other than toes) you had! :7 You so love & appreciate the great outdoors… Your tales are so inspiring and seem to give me a meditative peace when I read them. Sandy got the Hug from her Aunt Netta! She says “THANKS- Are there cookies with that hug?”:7

Wendy…… (she’s really gonna make it!):7 :7
WHEW on your workouts yesterday! I am so happy for you – I felt your frustration the past couple weeks and today I feel your inner power again! My Gals Back!:7 I agree with SandraX on the increased DOMS final phase… personally I know it was because I was giving every workout 2000% I didn’t want to get to day 91 and say “What a waste”. I have seen a lot of leg improvement since doing my work more:7 consistently and by making sure I hit each lower area really hard. I have cuts in my legs that can actually be seen without flexing! Praise the Lord! The Gyms in my area don’t allow private trainers in but I have some things up my sleeve with an X Spin teacher I know- he has a Free Weights small section in his studio…. I’d love to hook up with him… I have a call into him now. If I came into 10K I’d get a small space and open a studio in a heartbeat! That’s my ultimate dream but with retirement (& moving) just 8-10 years away I don’t know if I want (or financially can) go that route…. If its for my Highest Good it will transpire easily.

TracyX~~~~~
Missed you while you were away this weekend but it sounds like you had a terrific time! Glad you gave those legs a bit of a rest Sunday… You’ll enjoy todays workout MUCH MORE!!! :7 LOL on the arc…. I keep looking out the window for Noah! Rained all night and JUST stopped at 12:30 this afternoon…. I had to sweep 3” of water off my patio to get out the backdoor! Didn’t see you mention The Monster (elliptical) … What are the plans for it this week?

LaurieX (almost XX!!!!!!!):7 :7 :7
So good to hear from you on Mondays as you have the busiest weekends! I bet you are so ready for some time off of work! Hope DH (dress rehearsal) was super productive and made all the work up to this point worthwhile. I previewed the Leg work in Cardio Camp- YIPPEE!!!!! Kinda like KM Drills Part 2! I have slotted that one for my “drills” day later this week! Does Kimberley do any strength training?

Amy:~~~~~~~
Gosh I just never know what to say about your work… You are one of the earth angels I swear! :7 Sleep well!!!!!

Cheryl~~~~ We’re on for the July Challenge woman! I am sooooo going to do it! I don’t want to be in a bikini in September looking like this! I am starting to incorporate some of Cathes rotational stuff from Dec 06 Strength & Fat Loss.:7 Great start with HC Extreme… I think I’m one of the few that doesn’t get too thrilled about that one… Not sure why tho… Maybe I was just in a bad mood the last time I did it!

DebraX~~~
I have visions of these painters taking their sweet time because you are hospitable & HOT!:7 LOLOLOL… I so disliked have contractors in our house a few years back…. Made me VERY self conscious of everything I wore and said. OOOOOHHHHHH on the lab! What a wonderful group of neighbors to adopt the sweet thing! How did I picture you? Well you had REALLY dark hair cut in a “just below the ears bob”…. You had a Mediterranean complexion… very exotic looking! LOLOLOL- I have pics of EVERYONE in my mind just like Wendy.

SandraX~~~~
LOL on your wording sometimes… I swear I can HEAR you! “It's not exactly what I would choose for the day after MIC” :7 struck me as so funny! That’s FABULOUS about your lost waist inches….. I FOUND THEM!!! Look out cuz I’m sending them back! I am enjoying more Yoga but I really only enjoy it as an evening activity…. I’m too tired after cardio or lifting so its working out nicely to do it after dinner… also keeps me from eating. I told myself just 30 minutes and have found myself doing more like 45-75 just because I know the easier stuff (for me) comes last!:7 I am very excited about the business and how its coming together… HAPPY HOLIDAY!!!!!!

All Caught up and hungry…. Have a GREAT day to all who follow today.
:7

Phase 3/ Week 11/ Day 1/ Round 1

C&B+ARX

Done with C&B for a while which is exciting. I just saw Cathe's July rotation and I'm thinking I might try that one and add some yoga or Squeeze. It's so hot here that I don't really feel like going all out with an extended workout each day. It's supposed to be 110 degrees for the next few days so I feel like I've been transported to AZ or something. I called the AC man to get an estimate because we do not have AC. We had replacement windows put in a few years ago so no window AC's will fit:( I am running out of time today so I will be back for personals tomorrow. Traci-X, I do like Baron. He is second to Bryan Kest for me:)
Talk to you all tomorrow:):p

Traci...I had some Baron dvds that I sent to Jeanette...I like Bryan and Eion better. I like Baron's manner, but I always felt like I did a gazillion sun salutations...so if you get bored with those as easily as I do, you may not like his stuff. The neighborhood dog hung out in my garage all afternoon until the guy who takes the most care of her came home. My bad dog got out this afternoon and I didn't know it...and when I realized it and got her back she smelled like she had been eating something rotten...I hope she doesn't get sick tonight!!! I had the neighbor girls coming and going today...and I guess someone left the door open and my sweet dummy went out for a snack. I am certainly NOT exotic looking.....Definitely more plain Jane...LOL! I am hoping to get my weight room in order on Thursday this week. Keep your fingers crossed for me...I will hopefully be working out by Friday!
