WW and activity points

How do you all guage the activity points when doing Cathe cardio or strength. I have been away from these forums for toooooo long that a search finds me nothing, i am sure this has been asked before, so please.....don't shoot me!

Seriously.....any help would be appreciated. Just joined WW online (UK version) and it seems different to the US version.

Lynne, this is the formula I use. I like it because it takes into account individual intensity. Hope it helps!!

Body Weight/124 X time/intensity level

Low intensity = 35 (50 - 65% maximum heartrate)
Moderate = 25 (65 - 75%)
High = 10 (75 - 90%)
