Hi everyone,
I am trying to lose about 15 pounds (really trying to lose a couple of sizes.) I am currently doing Weight Watchers and want to finally add some Cathe workouts to my rotations. I'm not quite sure which to add. I'm excited by the quantity discount that Cathe offers but CTX also interests me since it seems like they are shorter workouts. I'm a SAHM of 3 kids - ages 8 yrs. to 17 months. My goals are like I said, to lose 15 pounds or so and I'd really like to lose the fat and tone my stomach and hips (but have a flat butt.) I also tend to carry extra weight in my chest but have relatively skinny legs. Anyway, now that I've told you my life story I'd really appreciate telling me your opinions as to what I should buy.
